STORE POLICY

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

Once you order any product on our website, it will take 2-5 business days for your order to be processed. During sales peak periods, processing time may be extended.

 

Orders placed online cannot be picked up in the store. For international orders, PayPal is the only accepted payment method. 

 

We may request additional information to successfully fulfill your order. It's important that you double-check your order details and provide accurate information at checkout to enable us process your order quickly. Once you place order for any product, we’ll begin processing it immediately. Therefore, you can only make changes to your order within the first 2 hours of placing the order. This includes changes to the products you ordered, but not to the shipping address, shipping method, or order cancellation.

 

Please understand that we are not responsible for any costs incurred by delays or errors in order fulfillment. This includes any appointment fees or cancellation fees for hair appointments. We strongly recommend that you confirm that you have received your order and that it is correct before scheduling any hair appointments. We are also not responsible for the installation of our products. That is entirely up to you.  If you need to return your order, please be aware that there is a $25 restocking fee.

 

All domestic orders within the US are shipped via USPS with signature for apartment buildings and option of insurance. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery after your order has been processed. Overnight orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, as Saturday is not a business day. Orders are shipped once payment has been received and cleared.

International orders typically take 10-12 business days for delivery, and are shipped via FedEx or the available shipping method available at the time of shipping your order. Please be aware that the cost of international shipping displayed on our website does not include any tariffs that may be applied by your home country. We at Amora Renae Collection reserve the right to change the delivery method for your order to one that is comparable, if necessary.

 

In the rare event that your package cannot be successfully delivered and is returned to us, it's most likely due to an incorrect address. This can happen if the address is incomplete, misspelled, missing apartment or suite numbers, or the carrier is unable to access a secure location. We will restock the returned items and issue store credit, minus the initial shipping charge and a $25 return fee. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

We're unable to modify orders that have been submitted to our system. To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, please double-check your address information for completeness and accuracy before submitting your order. Even small errors, such as a missing apartment number, can cause delays and incur extra fees. We are not liable for any packages that are lost, misplaced, or delivered to the wrong address. Returns and shipments returned to the shipper will be subject to a $25 fee. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.  We encourage U.S. customers to opt-in for package insurance at checkout. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.

Return /Refund Policy

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN /EXCHANGE POLICY?  

Yes, we  acknowledge that there can be instances where you need to exchange or return your order. However we offer a no-refund policy. Which means we cannot issue a refund for any product. We will gladly accept eligible returns and exchanges within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Send your return item(s) including your first name, last name, the reason for the return and original receipt to our business address at:

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

We respectfully ask that you thoroughly review and confirm within seven (7) days of receiving your order that everything is as expected. This includes making sure the items, amounts, and specifications are correct; if there are any issues, please get in touch with our support team right away.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

You will no longer be eligible for exchanges, returns, or claims involving lost bundles after the seven (7) days period from the day of receipt. For this reason, in order to be eligible for a store credit, we strongly advise all customers to fulfill any return within that time frame.

PRODUCT CONDITION AND PACKAGING FOR RETURNED GOODS. 

Products must be returned to us in their original packaging and in resalable condition. This means that the product should not be cleaned, brushed, or subjected to any kind of chemical treatment. 

For your security and protection, please use a traceable shipping method with signature confirmation when returning any items to us. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during transit. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return. You are responsible for all return shipping fees.

 

 

WHY ARE HAIR EXTENSIONS NOT RETURNABLE/EXCHANGEABLE  IF USED?

Human hair extensions are hygienic products, once they are used, they cannot be exchanged or returned. We NEVER ALLOW used products to be returned for safety reasons since we always take hygiene and public safety seriously. This is industry practice, and for similar reasons, other hair extension suppliers do not accept returns of worn goods. Nothing will be exempted. ABOUT RETURNS

Every transaction must go through our exchange procedure, which, once received, can take two(2) to three (3) days to process. On weekends, we don't process returns. If you are in a rush, please contact our customer service and make appropriate advance plans.

 

SHIPPING LABELS

Shipping labels are not supplied by us for exchanges or returns. To prevent misplaced returns, we highly advise you to send your item back with a tracking number.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please write on outside of package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package may be returned to you.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DEFECTIVE ?

If a product is defective, please send a photo of the defect along with a description to us at SUPPORT@AMORARENAECOLLECTION.CO And we will gladly help you to resolve the issue.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM? 

Returning any Hair extensions in their original packaging is required. A return will not be accepted if the packaging is destroyed or damaged in any manner. To accelerate the tracking of your returned product and to receive an exchange more quickly, the request for the items you wish to exchange to must be sent with your return or exchange. Please be aware that goods returned without a return or exchange request form will not be accepted for exchanges.

Upon receipt, every item will be examined to see if you are eligible for a return or exchange. Items that are worn out or tampered with will not be eligible for an exchange; instead, they will be sent back to you in the original state.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE? 

Please give our Returns team two (2) to three (3) business days to process your return after it arrives. You will receive a shop credit to repurchase the items of your choice for exchange once we have received, examined, and verified that the hair extensions are not worn or tampered with.

 

WHAT IF I WAS SHIPPED THE WRONG PRODUCT?

If you receive the wrong product, we apologize and we do our best to quickly fix our mistake. Please contact us asap at SUPPORT@AMORARENAECOLLECTION.CO with your order, and detailed information and we will be happy to make it right.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY 

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately before we SHIP your order at SUPPORT@AMORARENAECOLLECTION.CO to cancel. We will do everything in our power to accommodate your order cancellation as long as it has not shipped yet. Please have your name, order number, and contact information handy when contacting customer service to cancel a purchase. Please be aware that orders cannot be canceled once an item has been processed in que in order to be shipped and you will only be offered a store credit not a refund. 

DELIVERY REFUSAL & FAILURE TO RECEIVE

We highly recommend that you make sure someone is available to sign for your package when it arrives, as our shipping carrier requires a signature for some deliveries. If the package is not delivered after 1-3 attempts, it will be returned to us at an additional cost, and a $25 fee will be applied. Once we receive the returned package, we'll issue a store credit for the value of the items in the package, which can be used for future purchases. 

 

DISQUALIFICATION OF LATE RETURN REQUESTS

Any return request that is submitted beyond the allotted seven (7) days will be rejected. We are unable to handle returns for products that do not meet the above requirements.
